1. Click on Chat in the left hand menu, then click on New Chat 
2. Enter the person’s name and compose your message in the box at the bottom of the chat
3. Select Format 
beneath the box where you type your message to open your formatting options
4. When you are ready to send the message, click 
to start the Chat
1. Click the chat icon at the top of the page.
2. Select the down arrow on the far right of the field and add in your group name
3. In the ‘To’ field, enter in the names of the people you want to include in your group chat.
4. You can now send your message to the group.
